Technical Writer

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and improve online customer support documentation for hirify.global services.
• Deliver clear, well-structured content for global audiences, using a translation management platform when needed.
• Maintain documentation integrity through standardized protocols and accessible design practices.
• Research and test pre-release product features with Product teams to inform content planning and anticipate user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive documentation for multiple products and services.
• Manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and deadlines in a changing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic or professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer or in an equivalent role.
• Expertise with multiple operating systems and tools for electronic and printed documentation, including online help and web documentation.
• Experience with information development processes and methods.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Ability to work in the Dublin, Ohio hybrid office environment, generally three days per week on-site.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related technical discipline.
• Front-end technology experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working in an international organization.
