Provider Services Education and Communications Pro (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Virginia; must be located in Virginia or within 20 miles of the state. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain external-facing educational content, templates, memos, and web updates.
• Collaborate across departments to update annual provider education resources in line with state contract requirements.
• Meet with project teams to understand training, education, and support needs and align communication approaches.
• Document policies, processes, and technical information in clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Manage a content management system for organizing and storing materials.
• Track participation, engagement, and effectiveness of training and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing and communications experience, including drafting content for resources, educational materials, or training.
• Experience with provider relations, provider communications and education, or related health plan operations.
• Familiarity with learning design principles and proven application of those principles to create easy-to-read and engaging provider training and educational materials.
• Template design experience.
• Proven experience writing educational materials.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and maintain internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• SharePoint experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in Medicaid or government healthcare.
• Understanding of health plan operations and adherence to state requirements.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
