Manufacturing Manager (Nights)

Location: Onsite in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM, 10-hour shifts.

What you will do

• Lead safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, MSAT, Scheduling, and other functions to achieve operational objectives.
• Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and manufacturing team members.

Requirements

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience leading investigations and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
