Senior Manager Manufacturing – Night Shift Operations Performance & Integration (Biotech Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the senior Manufacturing integration point across night-shift operations during significant operational events.
• Establish and sustain the night-shift Tier structure, operating cadence, escalation model, and performance-management routines.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, Supply Chain/Warehouse, and other site resources.
• Escalate resource constraints, technical barriers, competing priorities, and unresolved operational issues to site and functional leadership.
• Monitor downtime, OEE, schedule attainment, recurring interruptions, escalation effectiveness, and chronic losses across production lines.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives including 5S, visual management, standard work, workplace organization, waste reduction, flow improvement, and training discipline.

Requirements

• Doctorate plus 2 years, Master’s plus 6 years, Bachelor’s plus 8 years, Associate’s plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, process development, combination devices, or manufacturing-focused Six Sigma Lean operational excellence.
• At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience supporting safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations.
• Ability to provide coaching and situational leadership during complex operational events.
• On-site availability in New Albany, Ohio, United States.
