Assistant Strategist, Business Solutions

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day account management, including billing maintenance and creative material distribution.
• Schedule and participate in client and internal meetings, document recaps, and track deliverables and next steps.
• Assist with media plan development, budget tracking, implementation, and maintenance.
• Analyze competitive research and large performance-based datasets to inform media strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify discrepancies and recommend creative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables while working independently and within a team.
• Comfort working with large sets of data and numbers.
