Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own threat and actor prioritization frameworks that guide CTI collection, operational focus, and countermeasure development.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc assessments of current and emerging cyber threats for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze internal and external threat, vulnerability, security, and telemetry data to identify meaningful patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Translate intelligence into prioritized countermeasures for Detection Engineering, SOC, Threat and Vulnerability Management, and other control owners.
• Review and edit finished intelligence while improving CTI analytic practices, tools, services, and tradecraft.
• Apply AI, automation, data sources, and analytic methods to improve speed to insight and intelligence outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of intelligence experience, including meaningful experience in all-source cyber threat analysis and operational intelligence workflows.
• Experience analyzing the cyber threat landscape, including threat actors, TTPs, and sector-specific trends.
• Hands-on experience analyzing structured or semi-structured data, identifying trends or anomalies, and communicating confidence and data limitations.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and their application to intelligence research, analysis, and product maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strategic intelligence products and executive briefings.
• Working knowledge of security controls, enterprise technologies, defensive workflows, structured analytic techniques, MITRE ATT&CK, and CTI frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with detection engineering, SOC, or vulnerability management teams.
• Experience integrating AI or automation into intelligence collection, analysis, or reporting.
• Experience with ISAC engagement and peer information sharing.
• Relevant security certification.
