Sr. Graphic Designer (Retail Print)

Salary: $86,000–$98,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Develop and execute creative assets for stores, wholesale environments, events, windows, signage, displays, and barricades.
• Design original concepts and prepare mechanical files, dielines, CAD files, and production-ready artwork for retail formats.
• Develop printed catalogs, lookbooks, packaging, hangtags, collateral, and brand visualization toolkits.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, Creative teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Review vendor drawings and documents, support spatial planning and store layouts, and assist with retail buildouts and graphic installations.
• Maintain design libraries and templates, research trends, present creative work, and support junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house, lifestyle, or fashion brand environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, plus Figma.
• Strong understanding of print production, large-format printing, file setup, fabrication, retail fixtures, construction materials, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, manage multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and develop concepts through sketching or rapid visualization.
