Technical Graphic Designer and Motion Designer

Location: Full-time onsite in Reston, Virginia, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

What you will do

• Convert approved layouts, wireframes, storyboards, scripts, and brand templates into accurate production-ready assets.
• Produce graphics, brochures, reports, web assets, advertisements, animations, videos, and multimedia materials.
• Create and adapt motion graphics, UI animations, and informational videos for digital screens, LED displays, airports, border-control solutions, social media, and web distribution.
• Prepare files for print, fabrication, signage, and digital deployment while managing color profiles, resolution, bleed, trim, codecs, and compression.
• Design and adapt large-format signage, floor decals, wall graphics, kiosks, and wayfinding systems for high-traffic public environments.
• Maintain templates, design systems, asset libraries, file structures, and version control while coordinating delivery requirements with vendors, IT teams, and integrators.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of production-focused graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production workflows, digital export standards, large-format printing, signage, and fabrication.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for layout handoff and versioning.
• Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, ICC profiles, typography systems, multilingual layouts, accessibility, contrast, scaling, bleed, trim, and finishing requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder and able to work onsite in Reston, Virginia.
