Marketing Senior Designer

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work from hirify.global’s New York office with part-time telecommuting available

Salary: $160,500–$188,871 per annum

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts for large marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Create digital experiences, campaign landing pages, email ecosystems, and banner systems.
• Bring the hirify.global brand to life across digital channels and maintain consistent visual systems.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and Creative leads while applying current design trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least three years of experience in the offered role or a related field.
• Three years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma and Figma tools.
• Experience with QA/QC, visual systems, digital layouts, and conceptual design.
• Ability to work from or regularly attend the hirify.global office in New York, New York.
