Staff Graphic Designer (Packaging)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually for US-based candidates, plus potential equity compensation.

What you will do

• Lead packaging and print collateral design from initial concept through final production files for domestic and international markets.
• Develop packaging strategies that communicate product benefits, differentiate products on shelf, and maintain global brand consistency.
• Adapt layouts, imagery, messaging, and packaging for regional markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage production files, including dielines, finishes, color specifications, and print requirements.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, brand, marketing, regional teams, printers, and packaging vendors.
• Manage feedback, revisions, timelines, multiple regional workstreams, proof reviews, and press checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional design experience, specifically in print and/or packaging.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and print design expertise.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, dieline and structural design, color management, and labeling standards.
• Ability to manage projects independently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with KeyShot or another 3D visualization tool.
• Experience collaborating with regional or international teams to localize design work.
