Location: Onsite in Midland, Michigan, United States

Salary: $22–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Design brand-aligned print, digital, web, social media, presentation, trade show, event, and environmental graphics.
• Translate communications, concepts, and business objectives into compelling visual solutions and multiple design concepts.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and approved AI-powered design tools to develop creative assets and improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors and print providers across traditional, digital, and specialty printing.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Office materials that communicate complex information through visual storytelling.
• Manage project files, priorities, deadlines, stakeholder feedback, and delivery expectations across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, fine arts, or a related field, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience using approved AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
• Experience creating print, digital, social media, presentation, trade show, and event-related marketing materials.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, visual storytelling, communication design, print production, and file preparation.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work, technical proficiency, and successful design solutions.
