Senior Manager, Project Management (Industrial)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple cross-functional industrial projects supporting Walmart’s pickup and delivery network.
• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, documentation, and risks.
• Develop and adjust business plans to address customer and operational needs.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Analyze workflows, implement standardized project practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership on decision-making and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience planning, executing, and mitigating risks across complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing small- or medium-scale change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
