Sr. Associate Marketing Manager (Powersports)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, USA; travel up to 20%

What you will do

• Lead short- and long-term retail strategy and execution for the Parts, Garments, and Accessories business across ORV, Seasonal, and Parts & Oil categories.
• Develop merchandising tools including planograms, point-of-purchase displays, retail standards, signage, and in-store marketing support.
• Lead dealer digital marketing programs, certified dealer websites, digital assets, co-marketing opportunities, and local activation support.
• Coordinate dealer shows, sales meetings, experiential activations, and other channel events.
• Partner with product line sales, category teams, field sales, digital marketing, retail experience, and whole goods channel marketing.
• Analyze retail, inventory, promotion, competitive, and dealer performance data to improve execution, sell-through, sales, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in channel marketing, retail merchandising, sales activation, category management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising strategy, planograms, point-of-purchase displays, in-store activation, and dealer-facing sales support.
• Ability to analyze retail, inventory, stocking, promotional, competitive, and dealer performance data and turn insights into actionable plans.
• Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in dealer, retail, consumer packaged goods, powersports, or another distributed sales-channel environment.
• Understanding of or interest in powersports and dealer-based businesses.
