Supervisor, Business Solutions (Media)

What you will do

• Translate client goals into strategic media solutions and guide media brief development.
• Lead campaign reporting, data analysis, client presentations, and optimization recommendations.
• Apply attribution models, performance media practices, research tools, and consumer insights to strategic planning.
• Lead performance calls, manage client statuses, and coordinate with investment and activation teams.
• Build client and industry-partner relationships while serving as a strategic connection between senior and junior teams.
• Coach junior team members, manage performance and development goals, and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and managing media account projects.
• Experience across multiple media channels, advanced analytics, and performance media.
• Prior client-contact and leadership experience, including mentorship and small-team management.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and media research and reporting resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
