Creative Designer (AI)

Location: Holborn, London, United Kingdom; hybrid with office attendance required 2 days per week

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute templated content across channels using established brand master designs.
• Adapt campaign assets for different formats, sizes and markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work within brand guidelines and identify gaps in briefs before production begins.
• Manage asset libraries and maintain file hygiene in the digital asset management system.
• Use AI tools for resizing, background removal and image generation, and use Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity to review briefs, references and copy.
• Develop artworking and print-ready handover capabilities in Figma and InDesign.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a mid-weight designer in-house or at an agency.
• Strong experience executing creative from master templates and brand systems rather than originating concepts from scratch.
• Strong working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma from day one.
• Daily experience using AI tools for resizing, cutouts and image generation, plus Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity for research and brief checks.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace across multiple brands.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Nice to have

• Basic video editing experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Experience with packaging or print-ready artwork handover.
• Beauty, personal care or household FMCG experience.
