Senior Analyst, Global Accounts Payable

What you will do

• Support global Accounts Payable operations and act as a subject matter expert for Source to Pay systems and processes.
• Maintain, implement, and integrate AP, Procurement, Treasury Finance, and ERP systems, including Concur, NetSuite, Kyriba, Sovos, and banking platforms.
• Manage end-to-end payable processes, payment scheduling, internal controls, segregation of duties, and policy documentation.
• Lead issue resolution and business transformation initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, financial controls, and stakeholder experience.
• Perform month-end and year-end activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and IRS 1099/1042 reporting.
• Analyze large data sets, produce management reports and KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, IT, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable systems and processes, preferably in an international environment, including banking, credit cards, Source to Pay, complex integrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of Concur, NetSuite, and Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Sovos Tax, Kyriba, and standard office software is strongly desired.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, global regulations, internal controls, segregation of duties, analytical methods, and decision-making.
• Prior leadership experience with an interest in developing supervisory or project management skills and maintaining strong stakeholder service.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, judgment, and adaptability in a changing environment.
