Manager Security Provisioning (RCM)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $92,400–$138,600 based on experience.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client provisioning and access administration across multiple healthcare clients.
• Oversee onboarding, access changes, transfers, client assignments, terminations, and deprovisioning.
• Represent Client Provisioning during RCM implementations, transitions, and go-live activities.
• Establish access models, approval processes, documentation, escalation paths, and operational handoffs.
• Standardize procedures and partner with IAM Engineering to automate identity lifecycle and access-delivery processes.
• Manage team capacity, service performance, SLAs, backlog, quality, escalations, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Identity and Access Management, client provisioning, healthcare IT operations, access administration, or a related function.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, approvals, transfers, and terminations.
• Experience managing SLAs, workload, capacity, operational metrics, and escalations.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Healthcare revenue cycle operations or client implementation experience.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, security-group-based access models, workflow automation, or RPA.
• Experience automating access-management processes in regulated environments.
