Staff Electrical Engineer

What you will do

• Design next-generation electrical systems for robotic, autonomous, ground, soldier, and maritime platforms.
• Develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, cabling, and PCB designs.
• Support testing and qualification activities before systems enter the field.
• Work across the full lifecycle, including new system development and payload integration.
• Use engineering reviews and collaboration with senior engineers to solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CAD tools for electromechanical design and bill-of-materials management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
• Hands-on experience with standard laboratory and shop tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense clearance if required.

Nice to have

• Power electronics design experience.
• Working knowledge of OrCAD, PADS, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• PCB design experience with Altium Designer.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical actuator systems and controllers.
