What you will do

• Interview founders, customers, sales teams, and subject-matter experts to identify non-obvious market and buyer insights.
• Mine calls, transcripts, win/loss notes, and field conversations for patterns, tensions, and authentic customer language.
• Turn research into positioning, messaging, points of view, and guides for marketing and sales teams.
• Create website copy, long-form content, blogs, reports, webinars, lead magnets, ads, landing pages, customer stories, and social content.
• Repurpose interviews and long-form assets into coordinated content systems across blogs, social, email, and sales enablement.
• Use AI tools for research, synthesis, drafting, and repurposing while maintaining editorial judgment, voice, and narrative quality.

Requirements

• Experience in content strategy, writing, journalism, research, product marketing, or strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to uncover the question behind the question.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, precise language.
• Confident writing style focused on clarity rather than cleverness.
• Experience shaping messaging, positioning, and narrative instead of only executing briefs.
• Ability to use AI tools as support without outsourcing professional judgment to them.
