Partner Solutions Engineer - VAR/Reseller

What you will do

• Help solution providers and practice leads develop technical strategies for selling offerings on Snowflake.
• Develop and launch differentiated solution offerings with VAR, reseller, and system integrator partners.
• Serve as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle and help partners position Snowflake solutions.
• Present to technologists and C-level stakeholders while building technical champions in partner accounts.
• Manage partner relationships, programs, goals, metrics, and progress across cross-functional teams.
• Deliver upskilling workshops for partner solution architects on the Snowflake Data Platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership or alliances technical presales within the EMEA VAR and reseller ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen and experience developing channels, partnerships, or business solutions.
• Architectural expertise and experience developing and deploying data pipelines; SQL and PySpark are required.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, plus cloud integration technologies.
• Ability to work with international cross-functional teams and travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Scala, Kafka, or Apache NiFi.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models across the full data science lifecycle.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
