Tech Lead Data (Marketing Data Hub)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France.

What you will do

• Lead the Marketing Data Hub team of Data Engineers and provide technical direction.
• Define and co-build modern architectural patterns aligned with business requirements and the Data Platform.
• Ensure robust and secure technical choices for real-time flows, including tokenization protocols and data security.
• Drive data ingestion, transformation, and exposure through backend and hub services.
• Maintain application operations, including partner flows, adtech integrations, and data quality.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, CRM and business teams, and MoEngage while contributing to AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior Data Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and initial experience in technical coordination or team management.
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide senior technical profiles.
• Strong command of Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python, SQL, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with real-time architectures, flow security, and tokenization protocols.
• Experience with or sensitivity to integrating machine learning models into data pipelines.
• Fluent French and English required for regular international exchanges.
