Challenger 350 Instructor Pilot

Location: Lake Nona, Florida, USA; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver standardized classroom, ground school, and simulator training for Challenger 350 pilots.
• Conduct initial, recurrent, captain upgrade, PIC/SIC evaluation, differences, and remedial training.
• Plan lessons, prepare training sessions, and maintain publications and learning materials.
• Evaluate pilot performance and customer progress against SIMCOM training standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and submit required documentation.
• Conduct proficiency and certification checks under FAR 135/142 when authorized as a TCE.

Requirements

• High school diploma or state-issued equivalent.
• At least 3,000 total flight hours.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Authorization to live and work in the United States is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.
• Strong teaching, communication, listening, presentation, and basic computer skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or college degree.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Business aircraft or Part 135 operations experience.
• Existing instructor qualification or type rating.
• Challenger 350 experience with a CL-30 type rating.
