Location: Hybrid, with role locations in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, and Spain; office-based days are available in Riga.

Salary: EUR 1,800–2,400 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Proofread content against brand, style, and publishing guidelines.
• Edit content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, readability, voice, and overall quality.
• Research target audiences and align language and tone with their vocabulary and preferences.
• Ensure content follows SEO standards and matches search intent.
• Fact-check dates, statistics, references, and other published information.
• Collaborate with writers, content managers, and project stakeholders to refine editorial calendars and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven short- and long-format content editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
• Proficiency in editing and enhancing content with AI-powered tools.
• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research abilities.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
