Content Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid onsite-telework model.

What you will do

• Manage and monitor the progress of linguistic projects and coordinate all related activities.
• Ensure content quality across different styles, terminologies, formats, client tones, and brand identities.
• Balance project budgets, negotiate deadlines, and support overall project profitability.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries in target markets and internal teams.
• Brief and coordinate freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders, and reviewers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools and translation technologies, including Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, or similar.
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies such as QA and LQA.
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Additional languages.
