SKYWISE AI Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: Waterloo, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Analyze business workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define future-state automation opportunities.
• Design, configure, and deploy low-code AI agents and automation workflows for daily business processes.
• Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Sales, Procurement, and other business units to translate requirements into functional tools.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize prompts and workflow logic.
• Document workflows, train business users, and hand over operational processes to process owners.
• Track AI and automation developments and propose productivity improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, workflow design, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying low-code or no-code solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and using large language models for business tasks.
• Strong understanding of robotic process automation using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Google Workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Cloud AI, Vertex AI Agents, AppSheet, Google Workspace integrations, and process-mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting or SQL knowledge for minor customizations.
• Experience with Gemini, Claude, Codex, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience in change management, user adoption, internal training, or Agile project management.
