FP&A Analyst

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office and 2 days from home. An additional 20 days per year may be worked from anywhere.

What you will do

• Support monthly close by preparing and validating Zone actuals to tight deadlines.
• Analyse costs and performance across the Zone, including overheads managed under the Zero-Based Budgeting methodology.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts across markets and partner with country Finance teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual budget and three-year strategic planning cycle.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and executive presentations for Zone leadership.
• Support global finance systems transformation, master data, reporting structures, process simplification, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of finance experience; recent graduates are welcome, with FP&A, controlling, or audit experience considered a plus.
• EU working permit required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
• Fluent English required. An additional European language is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Analytical, proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and fixed monthly deadlines.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP and Power BI.
• Internship or initial experience in FP&A, controlling, or audit.
• Knowledge of an additional European language.
