DevOps Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Own the architecture and evolution of AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Design isolated, resilient environments for individual markets and licences while supporting regulatory alignment.
• Define SLOs, monitoring standards, incident management, escalation procedures, on-call practices, and post-incident reviews.
• Build an agentic SRE operating model for incident triage, investigation, controlled remediation, and production operations automation.
• Own the infrastructure MCP layer, including tool access, permissions, guardrails, approval workflows, audit trails, and safe rollback mechanisms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop two DevOps engineers while partnering with Engineering, Production Operations, and Security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience operating AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform at scale.
• Experience owning production reliability, incident management, and on-call processes.
• Experience running agentic operations in production, such as MCP servers, AI-driven incident triage, or automated remediation.
• Ability to design AI-agent guardrails in regulated environments, including approval workflows, audit trails, and controls limiting agent scope and impact.
• Experience leading engineers while remaining involved in architecture and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or other regulated environments, including ISO 27001 and licence audits.
• Experience building an internal AI operations platform or Slack-based ChatOps with agents.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and observability for LLM agents.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry.
