DevOps Engineer

Location: Full onsite in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Administer, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure and hosting environments, focusing on Hetzner and cPanel-based systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment with Terraform and Ansible.
• Support website and application hosting through cPanel and related technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and IT specialists to deliver secure and consistent software releases.
• Investigate infrastructure, DNS, SSL, deployment, performance, and reliability issues while improving DevOps standards and workflows.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and server administration.
• Practical experience with Docker and container-based environments; Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, system administration, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with cPanel/WHM, domain and DNS configuration, email hosting, and automated web hosting management.
• Experience managing Hetzner infrastructure, including dedicated servers and cloud instances.
• Proficiency with Git or another version control system.
• Ability to write Bash, Python, or similar scripts for automation and system maintenance.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS management, SSL configuration, server security, monitoring, log management, and CI/CD processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
