Field Logistics Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Houston Plant, Houston, Texas, United States; on-site field inventory and shipping duties.

What you will do

• Fulfill, prioritize, package, ship, and reconcile loaner sets, consignment orders, and field inventory requests.
• Receive inventory, enter data into the NetSuite ERP system, maintain documentation and inspection records, and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate the movement of field inventory, retrieve expired inventory, and assemble surgical trays for deployment.
• Communicate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and executive stakeholders about inventory needs and updates.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify and solve operational problems, and participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a logistics support role.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to operate computers and general office equipment.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift, carry, tug, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Medical device or inventory fulfillment experience.
• Experience with ERP software; Oracle experience is highly valued.
• Customer and sales representative interface experience involving data collection, reporting, returns, expired lots, loaner kits, and order issues.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
