What you will do

• Own sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, R&D, and other functions.
• Use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to identify target talent and new sourcing channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define strong candidate profiles.
• Apply AI tools, automation, and unconventional outreach methods to improve sourcing and pipeline development.
• Support employer branding by creating content, building market presence, and representing Upwind authentically.
• Track pipeline health, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and iterate on the approach.

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building pipelines across diverse business functions.
• Ability to use data and market intelligence to guide talent searches.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters and hiring managers.
