AI Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Design and oversee AI solutions for client-facing digital products and internal business operations.
• Translate product ideas into architectures covering data, model selection, integrations, security, scalability, and commercial considerations.
• Build proof of concepts and production solutions while remaining hands-on throughout the product SDLC.
• Define standards for agentic workflows, tool and data connections, human-in-the-loop controls, and safe handling of client data.
• Strengthen DevOps, continuous deployment, automated testing, modular design, component reuse, and data lineage practices.
• Collaborate with product, development, architecture, operations, business, and external supplier stakeholders; participate in the Change Advisory Board and mentor developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem, including C#, .NET, Entra, and Copilot.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including a broad range of Azure resources and AI Foundry.
• 3+ years working with frontier AI tools and models, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, LLMOps/MLOps, architecture patterns, orchestration frameworks, RAG, monitoring, APIs, and MCPs.
• Experience with messaging queues, asynchronous architectures, Python, serverless technologies, and structured and unstructured data.
• Experience delivering complex multi-phase projects, managing priorities and stakeholders, working with third-party suppliers, and using Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Azure or related professional certifications.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience integrating market-leading SaaS products, building quantitative models, or working with private equity business models.
