Senior DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Lead the DevOps and Infrastructure teams supporting development, deployment, and operation of the platform.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments.
• Build and improve complex CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code systems, and deployment strategies.
• Maintain 99.9% availability for CI/CD and staging infrastructure and target 99.99% product availability.
• Implement secure development environments, resilient systems, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering team members across regions and time zones.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• At least 5 years of DevOps and SRE experience with high-RPS distributed products.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment strategies.
• Practical experience building and maintaining large-scale cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience implementing secure development environments and making data-driven decisions based on concrete metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with neighboring teams and act as an effective interface between engineering teams and their environment.
