Lease Support Engineer (DevOps / Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

Work on technology solutions and operational support for a business investment banking and financial services project with a technology hub in Portugal.

What you will do

• Maintain Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud environment.
• Create and maintain Jenkins pipelines for application delivery.
• Automate infrastructure support and operational processes through scripting.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and related technologies.
• Support Java application build and deployment processes using XL Deploy and XL Release.
• Monitor services, manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure support, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Practical experience maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines, scripting, automation, Docker, XL Deploy, and XL Release.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, IT service management, CI/CD practices, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills in English required.
