Staff Product Manager, Agent Connectivity

Location: Remote in the United States; Seattle, Washington hub with hybrid classification. Occasional travel may be required for onboarding and team gatherings.

Salary: $160,000–$210,000, $180,000–$236,250, or $200,000–$262,500 annually, depending on US compensation tier, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Nexus, hirify.global’s connectivity layer across teams, namespaces, services, and AI systems.
• Prioritize and drive delivery of connector foundations, the Nexus developer experience, Standalone Nexus Operations, caller identity, rate limits, and payload encryption.
• Research agent-builder problems and translate customer, field, and open-source signals into product opportunities and platform bets.
• Balance SDK ergonomics, schema-first contracts, code generation, service discovery, security, visibility, and control-plane requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support on product decisions, launches, messaging, and enablement.
• Define success metrics including account activation, Nexus operations, shared-service usage, SDK coverage, and design-partner progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Technical depth in platform, infrastructure, developer tools, or other technical products.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, workflow orchestration, service-to-service communication, APIs, SDKs, identity, and authorization.
• Experience with infrastructure, platforms, integrations, service mesh, API gateways, or cloud developer products.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly intense and ambiguous environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the role is remote in-country.

Nice to have

• Experience building agent-specific features and integrations such as MCP connectors or tool registries.
• Experience working with design partners and strategic customers.
