What you will do

• Conduct and publish world-leading international business research in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
• Provide intellectual leadership for the International Business Group and help shape its research strategy.
• Lead or co-lead applications for significant external research funding.
• Mentor colleagues, particularly early- and mid-career researchers, and supervise doctoral researchers.
• Design and deliver research-led teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA and executive education programmes.
• Engage with business, policy and civil society audiences to generate research impact and strengthen the School’s visibility.

Requirements

• International recognition as a scholar in international business or a related field.
• Clear contribution to international business scholarship and a commitment to a collegial academic community.
• Evidence of high-quality research, teaching, academic leadership and research supervision.
• Ability to contribute to collaboration across the Group, School, University and external partnerships.
