Salary: $126,154–$176,615 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to project teams.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss-and-expense claims.
• Enable effective project management and decision-making through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
