GCM Client Administrator II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly USD

What you will do

• Administer trust and entity accounts for high-net-worth private and institutional clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, address inquiries, and resolve requests.
• Process cash disbursements, trades, account balances, new account setups, discretionary distributions, and trust terminations.
• Support account representatives with client strategy implementation, recommendations, documentation, and meetings.
• Manage internal and external service-partner relationships and escalate issues requiring immediate attention.
• Maintain risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards while supporting team members.

Requirements

• At least four years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including one year of relevant experience with direct client contact.
• Strong customer service focus and satisfaction orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow corporate policies, procedures, risk standards, and regulatory controls.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships, analyze issues, and work effectively with internal support areas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• CCTS certification for a corporate trust focus.
• Experience with pertinent software applications and the ability to learn new applications.
• Experience working in a team environment and with highly capable clients.
