Mobile Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop mobile engineers through feedback, one-to-ones, career development, and performance support.
• Write and review production code, pair with engineers, and investigate challenging bugs and performance issues using native platform tools.
• Guide technical decisions, architecture, testing, and release practices for iOS and Android applications.
• Promote high standards for app performance, stability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Lead effective use of AI-assisted development while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering ownership.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to prioritize and deliver valuable mobile features.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Stockholm, Sweden.
• English is the working language.
• Strong track record designing, building, and shipping production iOS or Android applications.
• Deep native expertise in Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java, including architecture, UI, app lifecycle, concurrency, performance, and debugging.
• Experience leading and developing engineers through coaching, feedback, career support, and performance management.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and strong pragmatic engineering judgment.
