What you will do

• Own and lead a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs aligned with strategic customer objectives.
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency across the Professional Services organization.
• Coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across concurrent engagements.
• Lead complex technical delivery discussions with senior managers to maintain project momentum.
• Mentor junior technical program managers and improve delivery processes for global scale.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex technical programs.
• Intermediate technical fluency.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
• Track record of improving delivery standards and operational performance.
• One Databricks Associate-level certification required within six months of hire.
