What you will do

• Partner with CEOs, functional leaders, and an Operating Leader across multiple portfolio companies to identify priorities and implement measurable operational improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, go-to-market, sales, marketing, pricing, and customer success.
• Support acquisition diligence, value-creation planning, integration, and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Help execute post-acquisition operating plans and establish priorities and operating rhythms.
• Support executive decision-making and cross-company collaboration while influencing outcomes without formal authority or direct reports.

Requirements

• Recently graduated from a top MBA program; first-year MBA students are not eligible for this cycle.
• 2–5 years of pre-MBA experience in product, business operations, portfolio operations, value creation, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
• Demonstrated ownership of measurable outcomes and strong communication and interpersonal judgment.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, influence senior stakeholders, learn quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Low-ego, high-ownership approach with strong motivation to operate and improve businesses.

Nice to have

• Experience in software, SaaS, or another recurring-revenue business.
• Familiarity with vertical software economics.
• Experience leading a team; direct people management is not required.
