TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLM & Edge AI) (LLMs, VLMs, Embedded AI): Developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying generative AI models and agents for embedded and edge computing platforms with an accent on model performance, latency, and resource utilization. Focus on integrating MCP tools into agent workflows, optimizing models for real-world hardware, and transforming AI proof-of-concepts into product solutions.
Location: Novi Sad, Serbia. Candidates must have a valid visa and work permit to work in Serbia.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions based on LLMs and VLMs.
- Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases and domains.
- Develop and maintain AI agents using modern agentic frameworks.
- Design MCP tools and integrate them into AI agent workflows.
- Evaluate model accuracy, latency, performance, and resource utilization.
- Deploy and optimize AI models on embedded and edge computing platforms, including proof-of-concepts and product development support.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience and strong programming skills.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, software engineering best practices, and version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, generative AI systems, model fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks, as well as agentic AI frameworks and MCP tools.
- Valid visa and work permit to work in Serbia required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of model optimization and edge AI deployment.
- Experience with Linux environments and multimodal AI systems.
- Embedded systems experience, particularly AI model deployment and performance optimization.
