TL;DR

Location: Remote from Serbia or the US
Company
AI and Automation Engineering team building internal automation tools and the Operational Hub for departments across the company.
What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot n8n workflows that automate internal business processes.
- Develop and launch lightweight internal tools using Claude Code, Replit, and similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Integrate systems and services through APIs and webhooks, including Claude and OpenAI APIs.
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify needs and translate business processes into practical automations.
- Test workflows and tools, gather feedback, and deliver improvements as requirements evolve.
- Contribute features to the Operational Hub and own projects from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in QA, analytics, or project management; hands-on programming experience is welcome.
- Practical experience building, debugging, and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.com.
- Ability to build and ship functional applications with Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and integration troubleshooting.
- Basic SQL proficiency, ideally including BigQuery and structured data.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, business-process analysis, and ownership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Sheets, Drive, and Calendar APIs.
- Familiarity with Clerk or similar authentication and authorization tools.
- React or basic frontend development experience.
- Experience integrating Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or similar business tools.
- AdTech or MarTech experience.
