Senior Web UX/UI Designer

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Limassol, Cyprus; Madrid, Spain; Munich, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic; Warsaw, Poland; or Yerevan, Armenia. Flexible work location is available from home or the office. Remote work from abroad is available for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Design responsive and accessible web pages and interaction flows.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable web design systems and UI component libraries.
• Translate complex technical concepts and user requirements into intuitive visual experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to preserve design intent during implementation.
• Test, iterate, and refine designs using user feedback and real-world usage patterns.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating complex Web/UI/UX projects delivered from concept to production.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of modern web standards and responsive design.
• Experience creating and managing web design systems and UI component libraries.
• Experience designing accessible and inclusive web interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
• Strong attention to structure, layout systems, interaction details, and scalable solutions.
