Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Poland, preferably one day per week in the Warsaw or Krakow office

What you will do

• Improve customer-facing experiences across websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and define opportunities.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Design experiences for InPost Pay financial products, including payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.
• Define and track key metrics and communicate design impact on users and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, including user research, information architecture, usability, and prototyping.
• Experience working with financial services such as banking or fintech.
• Proven experience using AI tools in the design workflow, such as Claude or similar tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools; Figma is used in the role.
• Advanced spoken and written English and fluent Polish required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously in an agile environment.
