Senior UI Designer (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with required in-office days

What you will do

• Create visually exceptional interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products.
• Lead design for pitches, develop polished concepts, and present work to win new clients.
• Build and maintain design systems using Figma components, variables, and tokens.
• Create visual content with strong art direction and AI image generation tools.
• Translate brand direction into mood boards, style guides, and production-ready digital work through technical handover.
• Collaborate with UX, strategy, and product design teams, while mentoring junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a dedicated digital design role.
• Proven experience designing intuitive digital products.
• Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer, or ProtoPie.
• Proficiency in user-centred design methodologies and design thinking.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design work to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with required in-office days in Berlin, Germany.
