Product Manager, New Grad (2027) - Belgrade (AI)

What you will do

• Understand customer problem spaces and define viable solution directions.
• Prototype and test early product ideas with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship features for the Databricks platform.
• Own projects end to end, including design, launch, and iteration based on feedback.
• Build products with scalability, quality, and security in mind.

Requirements

• Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tooling for personal productivity or development projects.
• First-hand experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex topics and nuance clearly in written and verbal discussions.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to solve ambiguous problems collaboratively.
