AI Product Manager (AI/Data Science): Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise AI products and solutions with an accent on product strategy, responsible AI, and scalable cloud-based delivery. Focus on prioritizing GenAI, agent, and ML applications, defining model evaluation metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams across business, data science, and engineering.

What you will do

Manage the full lifecycle of AI-powered products and solutions from planning and delivery through upgrades and maintenance.
Own the roadmap for GenAI, agent, machine learning, and data science initiatives, prioritizing work based on business value.
Bridge AI technology teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into product specifications with data scientists and engineers.
Lead market and competition analysis, stakeholder feedback cycles, and product positioning.
Define AI success metrics, model evaluation and testing practices, and deployment, monitoring, and maintenance strategies.
Ensure responsible AI practices, including privacy, fairness, explainability, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Data Scientist, Data/ML/AI Engineer, or Data/AI Architect.
Extensive experience delivering products based on AI, machine learning, data science, or data engineering applications, with knowledge of ML frameworks.
Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle while balancing technical constraints, product capabilities, and user expectations.
Experience with ethical AI, data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and privacy and security considerations across multiple countries.
Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Product management experience in a technology-driven field.
Experience building enterprise-grade, high-performance, scalable on-premises and cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS.
