Senior Product Manager (Monetization & Expansion)

Location: Remote from Serbia; core working hours are GMT+3.

Salary: From $5,000 net per month.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the Parent Area as a storefront for add-ons and upgrades, including placement, merchandising, pricing visibility, and one-tap purchase.
• Improve purchase, upgrade, and win-back journeys to increase conversion from offer views to paid purchases.
• Build configurable catalogue, bundling, pricing, and promotion logic for launching new offers without repeated engineering work.
• Lead experimentation across offers, bundles, and pricing while monitoring retention, refunds, and parent satisfaction.
• Define product events and eligibility signals for in-app nudges and CRM segments.
• Work with Content and Pedagogy to launch paid products and adapt purchase flows to different markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience, including 2+ years owning monetization, pricing, checkout, or subscription growth in a B2C subscription product.
• Experience shipping in-product upsell, cross-sell, or add-on flows with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong experimentation skills, including test design, sample sizing, guardrails, and result analysis.
• Understanding of subscription billing, entitlements, and payment providers such as Stripe.
• Ability to work in a 100% remote distributed environment from Serbia, with GMT+3 core hours.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Experience with Jira and Slack is expected.

• Experience in EdTech or family products where parents and children are different users.
