EHS Technician (PRL)

What you will do

• Implement and oversee site-level EHS programs in line with corporate policies and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Conduct or coordinate risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor the timely completion and documentation of recurring compliance activities.
• Develop and deliver safety, environmental law, induction, risk assessor, and safety coordinator training for site personnel.
• Coordinate local safety resources, including EHS committees, safety coordinators, fire marshals, and first aiders.
• Report and monitor site and country EHS key performance indicators and support senior management with hazard remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, including experience in a site-level EHS role.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working across multiple sites.
• Good organizational and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal, training, and presentation abilities.
• Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, equivalent country certification, or eligibility for certification.
