Scrum Master (Infrastructure)

Location: Hampshire, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements.

What you will do

• Manage or lead infrastructure services teams and oversee daily activities.
• Support the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to identify and address infrastructure needs.
• Resolve infrastructure-related issues and incidents and maintain technical documentation.
• Optimize resource allocation and apply infrastructure best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management.
• Project management proficiency and strong technical knowledge.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry and technology developments.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable personnel security, residency, and possible nationality requirements.
